I made these cupcakes a while ago and thought that they were really cute, not to mention super tasty! Now that the weathers getting colder and winter is finally upon us, I feel like these cupcakes are a cute little twist just to bring back some of those summer vibes. If you would like to see how to make them, carry on reading! You will need: 2 Large eggs 110g or 4oz of caster sugar 110g or 4oz of self raising flour 110g or 4oz of soft butter 1 tsp of Vanilla extract How to make them:
100g of soft butter 225g of icing sugar 2-3 Flake bars What you need to do: 1. Beat your butter in a bowl until fluffy and gradually add the sugar. 2. Once cool swirl on the cake using either a piping bag or just with a spoon, I used a spoon but obviously it would resemble a 99 more if you used a piping bag. 3. Break your flake bars to the size you want and then gently press them into your cakes 4. If you want to, you can finish them off by crumbling any left over chocolate on top for decoration The last step is to eat them, Yay!! I hope you like them as much as we all did, they barely lasted a day. xx
