Bonfire night is one of my favourite nights because I absolutely love fireworks. It's also a very important day in our history as it's the day that our parliment and King were almost blown up in a plot by Catholic supports. I'm not going to bore you with the details, I'm instead going to bore you with how to make this deliciously sweet pudding instead! Now ideally for this you need a baking tin with a removable bottom so you can slide it out. The only one I have like that is huge and would have resulted in a very shallow pie so I opted for a normal one and just left it in the tin, hence the baking paper sticking out.

And you're done! you can either eat it straight away while it's all hot and melted or you can wait and eat it once it's cooled, which is equally delicious. Have a wonderful bonfire night everyone! xx
