So saturday was my boyfriends mums birthday and he wanted to suprise her with a homemade birthday cake ... so guess who was up till 11:30 Friday night making it. Yep, me. To be fair, it was a pretty good cake and I received many compliments for it. So I decided that maybe you guys would be interested in it, as it's kinda different to your traditional cake. Matt's mum is gluten free, and although it tasted just like any other cake, you may want to substitute the millet flour for normal self raising flour.
