Spring Favourites 2017

6/8/2017

Now that we're into June I decided it would be a good time to do another favourites post. I don't really have as many as I did winter favourites but most of those were Christmas and birthday presents so I think the winter favourites will always be longer posts. Also, my Spring favourites have mostly been about fitness because I realised that I was kind of getting a little Bhudda belly and with summer coming up, I really just wanted to be able to walk around the beach for once without feeling like everyone is judging me. So, with that said, let's jump into my first favourite!
  1. MyFitnessPal - This app has done me sooo well. Calorie counting is the bane of my life, as well as just forgetting how much I've eaten, I'm also reeeeally bad at maths so being able to log everything I eat and have all the calculations done for me is so good. As well as that I can log all the exercise I've done and it works out the exact amount of calories you've burned, which makes you feel super good about yourself.
  2. Pop Sugar Fitness - Speaking of exercise, my second favourite is the Youtube channel Pop Sugar Fitness, which has so many great workouts for you to try for as little as 5 minutes. I do around 30 minutes a day and I've already noticed a difference in my body, even though I do have the occasional day where I cave in and just order a pizza!
  3. Walking - You may have noticed from a few of my previous posts that I love walking. Not only is it a great way to keep fit but it also gets you out in the fresh air loving nature!
  4. Ed Sheeran's Divide - Ok so this one isn't fitness, but this album is AMAZING! There is not one song on the album which I don't love which I don't think has ever happened before. Each song is so diverse and catchy or emotional and I just love Ed's voice soooo much.
  5. Mister Choc - This may sound weird but Mister Choc is actually a brand that makes little chocolate bars which taste like kinder eggs and I'm actually addicted to them. For me, giving up chocolate completely while I'm dieting was just never going to happen, but with these little guys I can still enjoy it without going overboard.
As I said I don't have as many favourites this time, but I hope you enjoyed them all the same. Let me know what you've been, loving over the spring!
xx
